I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and been teaching since 2019. My love of teaching is fueled by a desire to share & witness with others the transformation that is possible.
Credentials:
-Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative & Adaptive Yoga)
-Level One Credential Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor
-YOD (Yoga+HIIT) Certified Instructor.

Whether this is your first introduction to yoga or you are a seasoned practitioner looking to take your practice to new levels, I’m excited to join you on your journey.
Yoga is for every BODY and there is no average body. Alignment in poses should be safely explored and your practice should look and feel just unique as you are. Let’s break
down these different poses together and discover what’s possible for you, and what just feels GOOD!
Each time we work together, I will offer you a fun and challenging vinyasa sequence that will build strength and stability. We will also explore poses that open and restore the body for increased flexibility and comfort. Your practice will be tailored to your needs and goals.
Yin, Restorative, and Slow Flow Vinyasa styles may also be incorporated.
