About Leticia PhD

With my yoga classes, you will find a practice that works for you! I have over 7 years of experience teaching teens and adults of all ages and backgrounds. My students include members and their extended families from Embassies around the world. I also coach yoga for students from international and local schools. My sessions are designed utilizing Hatha Yoga and my scientific background in molecular biology. I love to explain the whys and hows of yoga postures, stretches, and breathing and their benefits to your well-being.

About the lesson

Educates students with yoga activities for stress relief, lowering anxiety, and improving mobility and balance. Over 10 years of experience teaching YogaWorks methods (Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga) for all levels and age groups. Letty utilizes the science behind the postures and the personal yoga practice: why and how they benefit your well-being. Letty is currently based in Florida and teaches private classes online, as well as group lessons live at local centers and fitness clubs.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga student, Letty provides lessons customized to your needs. You will improve your wellness and advance in your yoga practice with Letty. Letty has over 1,000 hours of experience teaching all levels, and all age groups. Her background in science and experience teaching in several countries will help you to find the yoga practice that works for you.
Letty keeps her yoga practice and teachings up to date by continually training and studying with top yoga teachers and fitness professionals. She recently completed her YogaRenew Mindfulness Meditation Certification and ASFAA Group Fitness Certification.
My current schedule allows for 1-2 classes/ week.
