About Charlotte
I am a 200Hrs yoga teacher with a decade of yoga experience. I still can't do every pose!
I believe yoga is a philosophy not about aesthetics or complicated poses. It's an inclusive, lifelong tool to connect back into your body, to clear your mind, and to make space for yourself.

I take the time to learn about you - what you want from your yoga practice, the desired intensity of your session, whether you have any injuries or physical considerations, and any feelings or emotions you would like to work through or experience in the session.
I will then design a completely personalised yoga flow for you. I can include asana (poses, flows), pranayama (breathwork), and a short meditation. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling relaxed, energised and capable.
