About Daye
I have been teaching yoga classes, workshops and healing circles to private and group clients for over eight years in Canada and the US. Many of my clients began yoga with no knowledge, while others were continuing to expand their knowledge through more advanced personal study. Being solution oriented and serving my clients to meet their needs is essential in obtaining a reputation of high standards, which I consider to be important. My life long interest and study in energy healing includes shamanism, reiki, essential oils, plant based medicines and the Bach Flower remedies which are often incorporated into my teachings with my clients and into my daily life.

I have been designing, teaching and facilitating yoga classes, workshops and healing circles to private and group clients for over nine years. Designing a personal practice for private or groups clients, as well as demonstrating, communicating clearly and explaining in detail the art of yoga, breath and alignment are just a few of the essentials needed in creating a meaningful relationship between Instructor and student. I am passionate about teaching, mentoring and facilitating classes that assist each individual on their path of self-discovery and awareness.
