About Nico
Hi, I'm Nico an experienced yoga teacher based in the UK.
I tend to teach creative flows as well as calming restorative practices all geared toward helping others to find a sense of embodiment and peace.
When planning lessons I like to focus on elements of yogic philosophy predominantly Ayurveda which helps me to keep my teachings rooted in the rich foundations and spirituality of yoga.

I came to my personal yoga practice as a way to aid my anxiety and overall mental well-being. Now, eight years later, I aim to help others transform their relationship with themselves and the external world through movement (Asana), breath work (Pranayama) and meditation.
I have experience in teaching strong and creative vinyasa flows, balancing Yin and Yang, restorative yin with meditation and yoga for creative practice.
My classes range from 45 minutes (group sessions) anywhere up to 90 minutes (more for private sessions).
I have eight years of personal yoga practice, two years of class and private teaching experience and a 200hr Yoga Alliance-approved certification.
All private sessions will require a quick chat to fully understand your aims and needs. You are welcome to shoot over any questions you have and I hope to see you on the mat soon!

Though yoga is my livelihood, I believe it should be accessible to everyone. If you are a student or unemployed/low income please drop me a message and we can negotiate pricing.
I am also more than happy to accommodate small groups of people if you'd prefer to do sessions with a friend!
Travel costs are based on London day travel for zones 1-3 and may vary.
