I offer online classes, which can be adapted for those with health conditions or impairments. Dedicated to growing as a Yoga Teacher and sharing my passion for Yoga with others.

30, 60 or 90 minute classes; suitable for all ages, levels, and abilities - e.g. chair yoga adaptations can be included. Special emphasis on improving breathing and energy levels. Gentle approach advancing gradually to the level you desire. Meditation course also offered.
