About Chelsey
I started yoga in 2015 and fell in love with the practice. I was healing my mind and body and started to feel relief from beginning yoga. I have taught at studios, nonprofits, recovery centers, and colleges. I focus on meeting people where they are at in their practice and help create enthusiasm beginning yoga. I have experience practing with Mysore Ashtanga series 3 yogis all the way to helping people try yoga for the first time. Come as you are!

Mysore style yoga can be intimidating. My classes are meant to help you learn the basics and prepare you for classes within a studio. Mysore style is a type of ashtanga yoga that is typically practiced silently, only listening to the sound of your breath. It is a very traditional practice. My course will go over what to expect walking into a studio, beginning poses, or teaching a led class while i practice along and answer any questions.
