I would personally recommend Stuti's yoga classes as I feel positive changes in my body in just 1 month of joining her classes.

She understands one's body limitations and helps progress with exercises accordingly.

Stuti challenges us to become a better version of ourselves through her classes.

I love doing yoga with her with focus on proper stretches and pranayam.
I was unable to do pranayam earlier but feel confident in doing the same after joining Stuti.

Plus with correct stretches, your body feels energised to take on the day!

If u r looking for Personal attention,motivation and realistic results then you must join Stuti and her sessions.
