About MARINA
I have been in fitness/wellness industry for 13 years. I love teaching movement and mindfulness. I have been working with broad range of population from elderly, young athletes, women in mid age and so on.
My goal is to inspire people to lead a healthy, active and happy style of life!
I'm a great educator who thrives by seeing others living their best lives!

I offer two types of lessons:
*Yoga - Hatha, Flow or Yin Yoga and *Mobility and Strength
Classes are 50 minutes long.
In yoga lessons I'll teach you breath, alignment, mind-body connection, mindfulness and deep relaxation.
In mobility and strength classes we will start with opening up and strengthening the joints, as well as preparing for most important movement pattern such as squat, hinge, pull, press and rotation. Healthy joints and strong body is the key for longevity.
