About Amanda
Originally from Denmark, I have grown up as an International Student, mostly in South East Asia. I studied a performing arts degree in the UK, but now utilize my communication strengths through coaching. I suffered the consequences of the competitive arts industry but managed to find security and peace amidst the pressure by using yoga and holistic health methods. Therefore, I am passionate about sharing the physical and lifestyle practice of yoga with others.

I believe in creating a safe space for you to feel comfortable to let go of the insecurities that are stopping you from blooming. I value honesty and ask from you that you have a desire to put in the work to achieve your goals.
Lessons vary between 30-60mins depending on your time and how you’d like to spread out the sessions. Some people need shorter, more frequent sessions, whilst some need longer.
I have been a tutor for 8 years and for a range of subjects and ages. I have tutored children as young as 6 years old school subjects like drama, maths, science, and english. In my more recent years as a teacher, I have coached fitness and yoga classes to people in their 60s.
I open my lessons to all ages and levels, as long as my service aligns with what you desire to achieve.
