About Manish

I Have 10+ EXPERIENCE in the Yoga field. Practicing yoga since childhood. I have done my (M.Sc) Master in science in yoga from SVYASA Bengaluru. Our Guruji Dr. H.R. NAGENDRA is the yoga guru of our PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Narendra Modi ji. I have done other different yoga courses also 1. I also teach Yoga to our vice president of India Mr. VAINKAIYA NAIDU and his family 2. done a course from ART OF LIVING know Sudershan Kriya very well. 3. done course from ISHA FOUNDATION Sadhgu knows shambhavi kriya very well. 4. Know sukshma kriya very well. 5. Done a course from Yogic pranic Vidhya Level 1,2,3

About the lesson

My teaching strategy is totally different from others, my main focus is to give result-oriented yoga sessions. Student satisfaction is the purpose of my class. My class time is 1 hour, could be more than also. I welcome all age groups from kids, young and old people.
