About Siddhanth chaturbhuj

Hello, this is Siddhanth, I am an M.Com graduate, but I am into yoga as well from past 11 years, I did my yoga teacher's training for Sri Sri School of Yoga, Bangalore & cleared Yoga Certification Board Exam from the same. Post that I traveled and coordinated yoga activities and events in South East Asia as regional yoga coordinator of the South East Asia region while I was in Laos. Same time we did a lot of activities with Indian embassy and Lao govt., and served many corporate offices as a facilitator. After a year when I came back to India I did my master's in Yoga, right now pursuing Ph.D in yoga from IIT Jodhpur.

About the lesson

Simple, easy to follow, maximizing your capacity, gradual increment in difficulty level, guidance and follow along, classes will be on time, props will be used, includes meditation and Pranayamas, in case of any physical condition, sequence will be designed accordingly.
