I have had the pleasure of knowing Efstathios for over twenty years through our Greek community; and we both entered the education systems relatively around the same time. Efstathios is one of the most amazing, trustworthy teachers I have ever had the pleasure knowing! The leadership skills he displays profoundly impact other's lives like no other. I have witnessed Efstathios with children who absolutely adore and trust in him as he encompasses a genuine passion for their growth; and the way he interacts with them is absolutely amazing! My own children constantly ask when they will see him again as he makes them feel incredibly special! He naturally displays a sense of empathy and patience that only great teachers can possess. He has a natural sense of understanding children's needs and challenges as he makes everyone in his presence feel safe and supportive. I have a son whose confidence is progressing with time; and Estathios has absolutely contributed to his growth as he genuinely believes in him making him feel valued, respected, and as though he can do anything! He actually just won the "Master Mathematcian" award at his end of the year awards ceremony at school! Efstathios was meant to help children grow into their best selves; all while leading them with respect not only for themselves but also for others; improving their self-worth, confidence, all while leaving a lasting and positive imprint in the lives that he comes across! His nurturing approach (as he naturally creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment) , together with high expectations and a beautiful belief in each child's potential only helps them build their confidnce and lifelong love of learning, setting them up for their future success!
