About Renate
Hi! My name is Renate,
A little bit about my self, I am currently a year 12 Student taking the highest level of maths that my school offers (specialist methods). I have always donethe highest level of maths, even back in highschool, whereIwould also get A's and B's for the semester.Anywaysthat's my mathematics background.
Throughout highschool we were given the opportunity to join a maths tutoring club. This meant that I would help out and assist some students at my school with their maths. I enjoyed That heaps,I loved being able to help other people understand one of my favourite subjects and even discover the different ways that people can view and solve questions. Being able to tutor again would be a great, Since I had loved doing it even when just volunteering in a club.

I find that the best way to learn something, is by having it explained to you through an example. Then to make sure that that the student understands the material being taught, they need to take the time to answer some questions themselves and ask for help if needed. After that we can go through the answer together and show the working out to this question. I think it is best when a student is given the time to analyse a question and attempt to solve it themselves.
