Let's face it, we're irrelevant. I'm 22, with a lot of information that does not really help me in a practical sense. I speak 7 languages, among many other things. It's not fun if I'm the only one who can do it.

My methods are relatively simple - I curate lessons based on statistics on how students perform. Experiments with different learning methods and derives an ideal. The most important thing is that I treat the students as equals. I am here to learn as much from them as they are from me. I expect them to challenge themselves and ultimately challenge me, foster curiosity and approach life with healthy skepticism.
