About Anshul
I am an Astrologer by profession but i learned yoga because my health wasn't good before I was 95 kg of weight and had been diagnosed with high blood pressure issues. Then I joined yoga classes and did my 1 year diploma and also learned Naturopathy and understood what are wrong eating habits because of all this I managed to reduced my weight to 72 kgs and from their I decided to share my methods of wellbeing with everyone.

I teach Yoga with Naturopathy.
All health issues our stress, anxiety, depression, agression, less productivity comes only from two factors one is wrong eating habits and lack of excercise.
Yoga helps to reduce our stress level, elevates our happy hormones and cures our illnesses.
Naturopathy guide us that what are wrong eating habits and what to eat that helps our body to start functioning in a better way.
