I am a passinate yoga teacher, certified under YCB - Ministry of Ayush, Government of India with over 3+ years of professional experience in leading successful yoga classes. Currently I am teaching Traditional yoga, General yoga, Fitness yoga, Relaxation yoga, Meditation, Pranayam, Breath awareness techniques. Expertise - Weight loss, weight management, stress management, disease management, physical strength, general fitness, flexibility, equilibrium of mind body soul. My class services are designed as per client requirements and are suitable for beginners as well as for experienced yoga practitioners. I am taking personal home classes and online classes both. Eager to share my knowledge, expertise and passion with students and interested clients. Thanks.
