About Natalya
My name is Natalya, I am a teacher of classic yoga with TTC Sivananda and experience from 2000. Teaching groups from 2010 in Moscow, Istanbul and online. I am certified in Birthlight и WellWoman Yoga in pelvic muscles yoga, fertility yoga, menstruation yoga and soft yoga practices for women.

I would highly recommend Natalya as great yoga trainer. I attend Natalya's yoga over five years. We started her online yoga course from Covid- 19 Pandemic times, where Natalya taught many atendees from different countries. I'm alive because of her yoga course. Beautiful voice combined with perfect yoga technics, focused on each client personal health needs are not a full description of Natalya's professionalism.
