About Imma
I joined my local yoga studio in early 2018, at first I didn't quite like the (what felt like) boiling temperatures of hot yoga, it was a lot to handle. After trying a few different classes I settled on Vinyasa, oh how this changed my life!
I knew after the first month of consistent practice that this is what I wanted to do. I saw how it had changed my life and wanted to give that sense of achievement to everybody.
Since that moment I have been working on my own practice to tweak and perfect it. After more than 2 and a half years of dedicated practice I completed my teacher training in June 2021.

The lessons I teach range from easy to hard, so you can go at your own pace without feeling lost or confused.
As I know it can be daunting at times learning new things, I keep in mind your experience and your body's needs.
Along with the physical practice the lessons incorporate a spiritual aspect to connect your mind and body giving you the full yogic experience.
