I use several handouts in my method, John Peter Sloan's book "Instant English" among others.
I really like to focus on conversation and writing, making you understand grammar without being too technical and complicated, explaining in the easiest way to understand.
I use a lot of videos, images, music and interactive slides to pass on knowledge and depending on the student's needs I shape the lesson.
