I am Shivani M.S., a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher with over two decades of personal yoga practice. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to every individual. My classes are ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners, as well as adults seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
