I am Hema who has been practicing Physics and Yoga for more than 15 years. I am an expert in physics with a PhD having vast teaching experience. I see yoga from a scientific perspective on how it can help an individual develop personal abilities to discover our true self.

This not only improves our health but enhances your abilities physically, mentally, and intellectually. I am a yoga practitioner for 15 years mainly helping children and women in achieving their true abilities.
