About Diksha
I'm a Certified Yoga Instructor and Masters in Yoga as well as Yoga Therapist, I have been practising yoga for 3 years and started my journey as a Yoga Therapist 1 year ago.
I have also taking live classes for the past 1.5 years
I Teach Hath yog, Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation and yogic managment of diseases.
