About Pamela
I have started my practice in 2016 and fell in love with how it changed my life forever. I offer Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes as well as Yin and Restorative and will help you achieve any goal (whether it is relaxation, getting fitter or spirituality). My biggest passion is teaching more than just asana and offering my students holistic yoga experience while meeting them where they are at and transforming their practice through taking it off the mat and into the everyday life. In my classes I help students discover their true potential and let go of any negative believes about self.
