As a yoga instructor with six years of experience, I am passionate about guiding individuals through their unique yoga journeys. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, intention, and a deep understanding of the body’s natural movement. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility, and I aim to create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable exploring their practice.
