About Charlotte
Experienced yoga teacher trained in a variety of styles, from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Broga (Fitness Yoga) or Inversion focused flows to relaxing Yin and Restorative. I usually teach across multiple studios in London e.g. MoreYoga and Harbour Club Kensington, as well as private group and 1-1s .However COVID-19 brought my offering into the online space.
