About Lisa
I am registered with the Yoga Alliance and hold the title of E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training), YACEP - meaning I can give continuing education credits for my workshops. I graduated from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, Il. and have been teaching yoga in Wisconsin for 19 years. I fell in love with yoga as it brought me balance in so many aspects of my life, not just my body. I love sharing the gift of yoga and watching it transform people. I teach alignment based yoga - we are moving in the direction of alignment, the direction of balance. What you practice you will get good at - make sure you are practicing good alignment when you practice yoga - I can help :)

Patience, Compassion and Persistence Your lesson will be crafted just for you and your needs/wants. I have lots of tricks & an eye for alignment making poses accessible and aligned for everybody. I have worked with students with lower back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, scoliosis, spinal fusions, etc., giving me years of experience helping them create strong, flexible, bodies with healthy joints.
