About Shubhangi Shukla
I graduated from Gargi, Delhi University with Commerce as a major. I was always a bright sportsperson and thus competed in Judo & Wrestling for the Country. I usually practice Yoga and Meditation along with light exercises like dance and I use writing as a medium to my thoughts mostly. I like to stay calm and think about all the ways I can help the earth to breathe better and how can the humans survive better and not fall for their own demon.

I would base my classes on basic humanitarian values that affects our daily behavior and drives our motivation to do anything. Looking at these useless thoughts that are running in our heads all the time would probably create indifference in our own self with our surroundings and we would all know then it is what is is.
