About Oluwatayo

I have been training individuals, clubs, schools, and kids in the art of taekwondo, self-defense, and fitness for the past 15 years. Alongside, I included intense weight loss training for my students, in which most of them with excess fat reduced drastically. Some of my students attained black belt in taekwondo, and those that were interested in the fitness aspect gained their desired look and achieved their aim for joining my class.

About the lesson

My teaching method is basically more practical and less theoretical because martial arts and fitness are practical activities.

Perfect! Very helpful class! I am a complete beginner at Taekwondo and I booked classes to have someone point out my mistakes. Ty did that perfectly. He came into the class with a clear agenda and gave very helpful advice on improving my form. He could tell what my issue was and gave me an exercise to work on it. I'm very satisfied with the quality of his teaching and am looking forward to continuing. Thanks again!
