About Abdel Ghani
I am a Brazilian jiu jitsu coach and athlete. I have been training jiu jitsu for over 8 years and own my own academy in Pretoria - Flow Jiu-Jitsu.
I have extensive experience in coaching beginners and advanced classes.
I believe jiu jitsu done well should be smooth and efficient which is why I focus on the technical skills of jiu jitsu in my classes.

My lessons will focus on your specific development and goals. If you are an absolute beginner we will begin with the fundamentals of the sport and build a solid foundation. If you are experienced and looking to work on a specific skill, we will focus on drills and sequences and specific rolling to hone that.
The lesson usually consists of mostly technical drilling with specific rolling when necessary.
