I'm Jack Storey and I am a qualified England Boxing Coach and qualified Personal Trainer (jackstoreyboxing. com)

I am a boxer with England Boxing and I compete regularly. I train & spar 4+ times per week at a local amateur boxing club. I am also a coach at a boxing club in East London.

I have 15 years experience. Regulated by Ofqual. Recognised by CIMSPA.

I teach people how to box via 1-to-1 lessons on webcam, or in-person (location postcode: E14 7JU. Under the DLR arches in Limehouse Basin)

My sessions teach you the fundamentals of boxing, building your technique from the ground up. My passion is teaching boxing technique the right way, so that my clients understand how and ‘why’ each boxing technique is used……..“Telling isn’t teaching”.

These sessions are for any levels and for any ages, so if you have little/no experience do not feel intimidated. I will tailor each session to your experience and needs.

About the lesson

Each session lasts 60 minutes and we will focus on (tailored to your individual goals):

- Warm-up – dynamic stretching, light padwork
- Boxing Technique – I will teach you how to box, you will learn how to perform each punch/defence/footwork with perfect technique, alongside the 'why'.
- Fighting combos – engage in padwork and light sparring drills to refine your skills.
- Strength and conditioning – build strength, lose weight and tone up to achieve your fitness goals.

I'll provide all the necessary equipment (gloves, pads etc.)

The first free lesson for all of my clients is a consultation video call - usually lasts 10-20 mins (I introduce myself and then run through a few questions in order to allow me to fully understand your goals and what you are looking for; and it allows me to plan the first session to your needs)
