About Pavitha

Iam an English undergraduate and yoga postgraduate. Now Iam a yoga trainer for some neighborhood and for some schools near by. I want to spread yoga knowledge to many students because awareness for yoga had reduced nowadays, so to make it more powerful and to create healthy and wealthy society I started to share my experience and knowledge about yoga.
