About Deep

Yoga has been a part of my life since 2018, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

1. My method of yoga is suitable for all irrespective of age and physical challenges. The teaching method is very holistic and also helps in managing chronic illness/pains.
