About Subodh

I have done my graduation in yoga from Swami Rama Himalayan University. I have 5 years of experience in the yoga field and 1 year of experience in yoga therapy. I also support my students as much as I can and give my best in class.

About the lesson

My teaching style focuses on mindful movement and breath connection. I guide students through sequences that build strength, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. Each class is an opportunity to grow both physically and mentally, and I also focus on yoga therapy.

Perfect! Subodh is an experienced and energetic both, he would like to understand my requirement and provide tailormade classes accordingly. The best part about him is his sincerity towards yoga. He not only maintains consistency in his routine but also consistently elevates his sessions to keep me engaged even after couple of months of doing yoga with him.
