About Kristina

When I can see lively bright eyes after the practice, it makes me feel I do the right thing that adds life, wholeness and integrity in our everyday life when a practice is just a part of it. I teach people as it is something that I cannot but do having gathered my experience, feeling the striving to make difference for the best future cherishing and relying on all the world traditions. With all the respect to any beliefs, I am sure that the future is about the ability to create more.

Sacral yoga is a comprehensive innovative yoga approach which helps you to: 🟡 work wholly with your body, mind, energy and soul creating the space for all the parts to meet and truly connect 🟡 feel yourself deeper at the same time profoundly feeling being a part of something Greater, when you also feel your own true desires, as well as can regain the connection what you belong with that will fill up with an immense amount of energy, drive, sense and meaning 🟡 not to choose this thing or the other - you will be able to combine, connect your opposite parts, needs, desires as well as you will learn to do it with the world around creating something principally new 🟡 be happy and conscious about your choices, feeling of self, interaction with others, as you will be able to find your best solutions for all dimensions of life and being ️Sacral yoga system trainer, yoga therapist, Sacral therapist since 2018, Sacral Meditation trainer ️a Transsystem approach counsellor and psychotherapist since 2018, supervisor of groups in the frame of bodily and existential trainings of TSD Training ️Both qualifications are approved by UNIVERSUM spiritual education centre and the centre of innovative development TSD TRAINING At any level of your proficiency, you are welcome to join ️The practice is set up individually based on your ability, experience, needs, peculiarities and requests.
