About Huy
I was certified as a yoga instructor through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers. I have been practicing and teaching yoga for about 6 years. My wish is to spread yoga to everyone in the hope that Yoga will help you the way it helps my life. I hope I have a chance to share the knowledge which I learned from my Yoga teachers to you to apply to your life to develop yourself. I hope I can help you realize the great values of Yoga as well as your life.

I teach Sivananda Yoga, the Classical Hatha Yoga coming from the lineage of Swami Sivananda. The goal of this practice is to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. You can learn about five points of Yoga – described by Swami Vishnudevananda – and practice this for a peaceful life.
Five points of yoga:
1. Proper exercise: Asana
This enhances the flexibility of the joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments and stimulates circulation.
2. Proper breathing: Pranayama
Practicing deeply and slowly breathing helps to increase awareness and release stress and depression.
3. Proper relaxation: Savasana
This relieves the body of existing stress symptoms, including muscle tension and breathlessness and also helps develop resistance against external stress factors.
4. Proper diet: vegetarian
A vegetarian diet includes fruit, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, and plant milk.
5. Positive thinking and meditation
Meditation helps to control the mind, allowing practitioners to eliminate negative thoughts and have an experience of inner peace.
