About Venkatesh

I am about 50 years old and practicing Yoga from the age of 10. Learnt yoga under Sadhana Sangama and have taught the yoga and pranayama to many people. I have practiced yoga and reaped the benefits of yoga, pranayama and meditation. I would like to pass on this to the people around the world
