About Romane
I am a volunteer in civic service in Paris at CRIPS (Regional Center for Information and Prevention on Youth Health and AIDS) for the year 2020-2021. I have been doing Ashtanga yoga for more than 5 years now and give individual lessons or in small groups for 3 years. I graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and Columbia University in New York in Sociology, two schools where I also attended yoga classes.

We will follow together a determined series of Ashtanga Yoga movements which we will gradually deepened. The objective is that one day you will be able to perform this practice independently, centered on yourself. We will insist on the role of breathing in the practice of yoga with exercises that will be useful in many areas of your life (finding sleep, anxiety situations, etc.).
