About Ashley
Hi, I'm Ashley! I'm originally from Michigan but have traveled and lived in a handful of new places now. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Western Michigan University and then decided I wanted to be an artist, so I traveled the country for a few years making visionary art, lots of new friends, and gaining experience. In 2018, I began practicing yoga and in 2020 I took my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I initially began teaching children, and gained my Children's Yoga Certification as well. Since then, I have taught a variety of subjects, including painting, yoga, and kid's yoga. I love to share my passion for things that to me, make life worth living!

Hi! I'm Ashley. I'd love to share my yoga practice with you because this practice has helped me to become more grounded, present, and to slow down and savor all that life has to offer. Each class is generally about 45 minutes to an hour long, beginning with some breathing to bring ourselves into the moment, leading into a slow flow, building power and heat, and ending with a soothing and meditative savasana and perhaps some words if I feel intuitively guided. See you on the mat!
