I’m Dr. Vishnu G R, an Ayurvedic doctor and yoga instructor who believes in the power of ancient wisdom to transform modern lives. I’ve experienced firsthand how Ayurveda and yoga bring balance, strength, and clarity—not just to the body, but also to the mind and spirit. Teaching is my way of sharing this gift with others. I’m here to guide, support, and inspire you to live a healthier, more mindful life—rooted in tradition, yet adaptable to your everyday needs.

I begin by understanding each student's individual goals, level of practice, and any health concerns. My sessions are structured yet flexible, combining physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation/meditation. Also, I worked in government projects based in yoga in Kerala.
