About Chiara
I started yoga at the age of 18 when I moved away from my home country. SInce then yoga has followed me everywhere and become a part of my daily life. Two years ago I decided to undertake a 200H yoga teacher training.

My yoga classes are suitable for all levels. I teach vinyasa yoga following my yoga training at Frog Lotus Yoga (200H YTT). I am also inspired by strala yoga, kundalini yoga, Iyengar yoga, and Ashtanga yoga. My lessons can be given in English or French depending on the student.
