About Eniko
I have been teaching yoga since 2012 as a full time yoga teacher, with an experience of more than 2000 hours of yoga lessons taught. I teach in French, English and Russian. I provide continuous education to yoga teachers in Europe and now with online all around the world. I am a certified yoga therapist, trained by the Vahini Yoga School in Chennai in India, and trained in aerial yoga by Fly Yoga, Paris since 2017.
I am also mentoring future yoga teachers and therapists as part of yogavahini faculty.

Practicing yoga for over twenty years, I teach vinyasa krama yoga that I studied with my masters Srivatsa Ramaswami and Saraswati Vasudevan in London and Chennai, India. I teach yoga at all levels and at all ages: dynamic movements synchronized with breathing that improve joint mobility, flexibility and body strength; breathing techniques to detoxify the body and rebalance or refocus both the physiological body and the mind; meditation techniques to cultivate inner peace; Vedic chants and studies of yoga reference texts for those seeking a philosophical and spiritual dimension. Mentoring and yogic coaching for future professionals or those who wish to embrace yoga as an art de vivre.
