About Thalia
Originally from Greece, I have lived in London for 5 years and now I've moved to the South of France. I have been practising yoga for 10 years. During my musical theatre training and my performing career, yoga has always helped me physically, to overcome my injuries, and mentally, to cope with stressful situations. Through yoga I've learnt how to listen to my body and not push it to its limits and I'm passionate about transmitting this mindset to my students

Yoga for everyone! Online classes adapted to your needs and requests can vary from very relaxing and mindful to dynamic sweaty flows. Breakdown of an average class: 5 minutes of relaxation and concentration, warm-up on the floor, main flow, cool down, 5 min relaxation and mindfulness in the end
