About Beth
My name is Beth, I'm a yoga-lover from London who trained a few years back in Spain. I'm passionate about the phrase 'Movement is medicine'.
My classes focus on a slow and deliberate flow that we repeat and add to in rhythm with our own breathe. This allows my students to find their edge, personal speed and take there bodies where it desires.

We'll look at your personal goals, whether that be to build flexibility, strength, slow down, move away from bad habits or addictions etc, and create a 5 class intro plan (60 minutes each).
You'll learn to draw on a practice that brings your mind and body together for a fully rewarding flow.
