About Monique
I am Brazilian and have been practicing yoga for 7 years. I graduated in Rishikesh, India, and since 2019 I have been teaching online or face-to-face, individual or in groups. Beginner and intermediate courses, adaptable and personalized to the interests and possibilities of each student. I speak French, English and Portuguese.

Centered on Vinyasa Yoga, the classes are designed for a period of refocusing in a sitting posture and initial warm-up, followed by a flow of asanas (postures) linked by the breath and a final part of relaxation, meditation and breath control. The focus is on flexibility, strength, balance and breath, always with variations from less to more advanced postures depending on the level of practice.
