I am a veterinary student in Romania with a 6-year course in English. English has therefore been an integral part of my life for the past 3 and next 3 years.
With my C1 level in English, I speak it fluently for everyday life.
I suggest that you become more comfortable in English by moving away from school technique. Indeed, with hindsight I realize that it was not really the techniques taught at school that allowed me to become "fluent", but rather my curiosity and the films and series.
I therefore suggest that you learn English through films, music and series. And through discussions whose theme you will choose in advance.
