About Justin

To reassure the student, I make sure that I have thoroughly prepared my lesson for the day as well as the planned assignments. It must be consistent with what is being done at school. You will need to show empathy when the situation is not good.

About the lesson

I work closely with students, monitoring their progress at school with their teachers.
My approach is that of a counsellor who listens and observes the student at work. I identify areas for improvement and try to provide support to strengthen their abilities. When they manage to overcome these weaknesses, I congratulate and encourage them to help them understand.
