I am a friendly yoga trainer. I completed my diploma in yoga and also a Bachelor of Yogic Science and Well-being from Kathmandu University, Nepal. Personal care will be taken for every student. Available at any time. You can freely ask any doubts.

Yoga is a slow process; definitely, it will take 3 months to see such results. In my class, I will cover meditation, Om chanting, warm-ups, surya namaskaras, pranayamas. There will be 5 days of class in a week, Monday to Friday, with flexible timings. Each day there will be different sessions, and you can enjoy it.

There will be a 1-hour class daily, from Mon to Fri. Per week 5 classes. Per class 100rs. So per week 500rs, and the amount will be negotiable.
