About Mukesh
In today's world where the level of stress is high due to physical market and the quality of food is poor which leads so many disease and the whole management of soul, body and mind is my motto through the knowledge of ancestors since 1890 of my grand grand father.
I know the nadi parikshan through that Ican better diagnose the problem of vatta , pitta and cough and treat by home remediesand jadi buries.
As my grand parents did all that and their grand parents also so comes throughour DNA .
Bhajan chanting of mantras and shlok also hlep to relax mind after a certain amount of time.
I learnt from my grand parents and I studied in my Master's degree of meditation and yoga as well as human physiology, psychology and anatomy.
