Hey, I’m Harsha — a dedicated fitness coach focused on helping people build muscle, lose fat, and feel confident in their bodies. I’ve built my own physique through years of consistent training, now sitting at 130 lbs with 11% body fat, benching 145 lbs, deadlifting 245, and squatting 200 — all through discipline, structure, and smart programming. I guide beginners and intermediate lifters who want real results without wasting time. My coaching is tailored, goal-driven, and built around simple principles that work — progressive training, clean nutrition, and sustainable habits. Whether your goal is to get stronger, leaner, or just feel better in your skin, I’ll help you train with purpose and unlock the results you're after.
